Rolfing® Structural Integration Definition in 120 Words
Rolfing® Structural Integration is a complex system of re-ordering, re-aligning, and restoring a person to balance in structure and function.
Rolfers™ are trained to become aware of patterns and currents of structure and function and do their best with the persons who present themselves for integration to have the persons obtain a return to a higher and more resilient level of structural homeostasis.
In helping a person to obtain this more open and flowing system, the Rolfer is trained to help the person extract personally meaningful information and order out of the environment, providing for a more rich experience–and perhaps less pain.
Emergent properties of the many smaller events included in Rolfing® Structural Integration have included better health and performance.
